満州事変の真実 / The truth of the Manchurian Incident

４７＞１９１４年から１９１８年に掛けてヨーロッパ全域で繰り広げられた世界大戦は、敗戦国ドイツに責任の大部分を科し決着を見た。

然し、実際にはどの国も戦いの後遺症で経済はひっ迫し、世界的な恐慌の影が忍び寄っていた。

日本は中国から獲得した２１ケ条の要求を行使しつつあった。

４８＞１９２１年・ワシントン会議で中国の権益を他国が侵されないように、中国の現状維持体制が国際法で決定されたのです。

このとき日本政府は異議の申し立てをせず、国際法の基で共存共栄の道を選んだ。

だが中国側は先の大戦で決定した「 ２１ケ条の要求 」を拒み続けていたのであろう。

４９＞本来なら自国の権益を守る立場の中国側は、国際法を享受する日本政府をしり目に、蒋介石氏の国民党政権がことある事に日本軍を挑発した。

堪りかねた日本の関東軍は、１９３１年９月１８日・南満州鉄道を爆破し国民党の仕業に見せかけ、開戦に踏み切ると５ケ月で満州全土を占領してしまったのである。

５０＞これが満州事変の真実であり１５年戦争の始まりでもあった。

当時の米国マクマリー公使が国務省へ提出した報告書によると、国際法を破ったのは国民党政権であり、満州事変は中国が自ら蒔いた種を刈り取ったに過ぎないと述べている。

北京在住の外交官なら誰もが知っている事実とも記してあります。

５１＞１９３２年・昭和７年・日本政府は形式的に満州国を独立させたが、中国側の訴えによって国際連盟は調査団を派遣し、日本軍の行動を不当とし満州国の独立を認めなかった。

日本は１９３３年に国際連盟を脱退したが、中国との戦いは激しさを増し４年後には南京城を陥落させてしまう。

The Japanese Kanto military unbearable with blew up September 18, 1931, south Manchurian railroad and pretended to be an act of Kuomintang and occupied the Manchurian whole land in five months when I took it off in the outbreak of war.

５０＞This was the truth of the Manchurian Incident and was a beginning of war for 15 years.

It was the Kuomintang government to have broken international law, and, according to the report which then American McMurry minister submitted to the Department of State, the Manchurian Incident harvested the kind that China sowed by oneself.

All the diplomats resident in Beijing know it;, in fact, speak it.

５１＞1932, 1932, the Japanese Government let Manchurian country become independent formally, but the League of Nations dispatched an investigating group by the suit of the Chinese side and I did the action of the Japan forces with injustice and did not recognize the independence of the Manchurian country.

Japan withdrew from the League of Nations in 1933, but the fight with China lets Nanjing Castle fall with intensity four years after the increase.
