13）第一章で語った様に、ラジオも満足に聞き取れない静岡の田舎で育った私は、思想的に右へも左にも傾かず、素朴なまでに祖国を信じ頑なに祖国を愛し、極当たり前の国民として成人した。
幼くして敗戦国の屈辱を知ったから、歴代の韓国政権が反日を掲げ騒いでも、良心の呵責に苛まれる事はなかった。
14）一番激しく反日を唱えたのが李政権であり、日本との国交を結ばず戦時中に徴用や徴兵された人達の補償と未払い賃金を要求していたと思う。
次の朴政権時も確かに併合時代の反感は残っていたが、アジアの自由主義陣営の結束を重視し、６５年から８１年までは反共へと矛先が向かっていたのです。
15）この頃になって突如として慰安婦問題が出現した背景は、戦時中の実態を知らない世代が成人した事と、８２年の第一次教科書問題です。
文部省の意向で歴史の教科書が、「 華北への侵略 」 を進出と書き換えたと朝日新聞が誤報し、韓国紙が引用の段階で 『 中国と韓国への侵略 』 と再誤報してしまった。
16）当時の全政権は、韓国がロシアの南下を押さえる壁の役割を果たすから、６０億ドルの協力金を払えと迫っていた。
そんな時に朝日新聞の大誤報があって、中国が飛びつき韓国が空かさず相乗りをする。
両国は手を結び日本非難をする事で莫大な金を毟った。日本発の対日歴史糾弾外交の始まりです。
17）この様な情勢の中で８３年に 『 慰安婦問題 』 の切っ掛けを作った吉田清治の「 私の戦争犯罪・朝鮮人強制連行 」が発売された。
昭和１８年に韓国の済州島で軍隊を引き連れ女狩りを行い、連行する途中で味見をしたとか自慢げに書いてあった。
幼くして戦争の悲惨な正体を知ってしまった私には、戦争なのだからその位の事はあろだろう、くらいの感慨しか思い浮かばなかった。
特別に恨み辛みを持っていた訳ではないが、韓国の異常なまでの反日感情に対し、一人の人間として解釈し切れない感情を覚えていた事は事実です。
18）吉田清治と言う人物は、その後なにを思ったのか韓国のテレビに出演し、強制連行を詫びたりしたらしいが話題にはならなかった。
戦前・戦中・戦後の自国を知り尽くしている韓国の年寄りたちが、聞いた事もない慰安婦の件で裁判を起こし、日本から賠償金を取れるとは努々思わなかったであろう。
19）六年後の８９年に吉田清治の「私の戦争犯罪・朝鮮人強制連行 」が韓国で翻訳され出版された。
これを読んだ済州新聞の女性記者が、吉田の著書を基に実証見聞を行い、呆気なく真っ赤な嘘だった事が公表されてしまう。
これが最初の捏造慰安婦物語の結末だが、著者は現在でも生存している筈です。

This is the ending of the first forgery charity dame story, but the author should live now.
