この件もトルーマン大統領の意ではなかった。

８３〕日本の同盟国であったドイツは連合軍に降伏する際、自国の憲法と子供たちの教育は、ドイツ人の頭と心でなし得ると宣言し一歩も引かなかった。

日本とドイツでは近代化の歴史が違う事は確かだが、敗戦を体験した国と無敗だった国の価値観は余りにも違い過ぎる現実であります。
