１５）島国である日本は、北海道から沖縄に至るまで大なり小なり離島問題を抱えており、酷な申し上げ方を許されるならば、離島住民がご先祖様から受け継いだ宿命とも言えよう。

宿命は不変であっても運命は高い志と努力によって、いか様にも変革できると信じて止みません。
