When the activity in Japan of the Philippine entertainer conflicted with a principle of the protection of human rights from the subcommittee (public hearing) about the protection of human rights of the United States in about 2003, the Koizumi government in in form pushed the brand abolished Philippines entertainer visa issuance closely.

２００３年頃に米国の人権擁護に関する小委員会（ 公聴会 ) から、フィリピン芸能人の日本における活動は、人権擁護の原則に抵触すると烙印を押された形で、時の小泉政権がフィリピン芸能人ビザ発給を事実上廃止しました。

然し、これは余りにも短絡的な行為であり、人間誰もが保障されている平等な職業選択の自由を迫害するものでした。この美し過ぎる論理が人間の尊厳を脅かす、元凶であった様に思えてなりません。

何故ならば、この地でタレント養成所を開設し解ったことですが、タレントに応募する大多数の娘たちは、親兄妹、親類縁者に許しを請い、これらの人達に引率され面接試験を受けます。怖いお兄さんが無理やり連行するのでは決してありません。

解りやすく申し上げれば、親族が若い彼女達に僅かばかりの希望を託し、自らが売り込み活動をする場合が大半を占めていたからです。

また、彼女達を取り扱う窓口はフィリピン政府認可法人であります。最終的には両国政府の采配の基で一回に付き六カ月の興業が行われた訳です。何も実態を把握していない偉い外国人さんが、理想の理念を振りかざして現実にそぐわない論法を無理やり押し付け、無理やり形に嵌め込むべきではなかったのです。
