105）捏造慰安婦物語は、８３年に吉田清治の著作である 「 私の戦争犯罪・朝鮮人強制連行 」 によってその幕は切って落とされた。
手記の内容は、昭和１８年に韓国の済州島で軍隊を引き連れ女狩りを行い、連行する途中で味見をしたとか自慢げに書いてあったが、書物としてそれ程の価値あるものではなかった。
106）吉田清治と言う人物は、その後なにを思ったか韓国のテレビに出演し、強制連行を詫びたりしたが話題に火は点かなかった。
戦前・戦中・戦後の自国を知り尽くしている韓国の年寄りたちが、聞いた事もない慰安婦の件で裁判を起こし、日本から賠償金を取れるとは努々思わなかったのであろう。
107）六年後の８９年に吉田清治の 「 私の戦争犯罪・朝鮮人強制連行 」 が韓国で翻訳され出版された。
これを読んだ済州新聞の女性記者は、吉田の著書を基に実証見聞を行い、呆気ないくらい簡単に真っ赤な嘘である事を暴いてしまう。
これが最初の捏造慰安婦物語の結末だが、著者は現在でも生存している筈です。
108）９２年には宮沢総理の訪韓も予定されている中で、大分県の主婦・青柳敦子氏が韓国へ出掛けて行き、裁判に係る費用は総て負担するから、日本政府相手に訴訟を始め様と原告募集を行った。
その時点で希望者は現れなかったが、帰国してから日本軍に徴用され強制労働を強いられた人の家族が名乗り出て裁判が始まった。
109）日本で始まった賠償裁判をテレビで知った、「 金学順と言う元慰安婦のお婆さん 」 が慰安婦だったと名乗り出たのです。
９１年８月１１日付け朝日新聞の朝刊に、名乗り出た慰安婦名を伏せたまま、植村隆と云う記者が単独インタビューの形式で第一報を報じました。
110）植村隆の記事には、日中戦争や大東亜戦争中に 「 女子挺身隊 」 と偽って戦場に連行され、日本軍人相手に売春行為を強要された、気の毒な朝鮮人従軍慰安婦の一人が名乗り出たと書かれてあった。
この記事はその日の内に、大スクープとして世界中へ配信されたのは言うまでもない事だった。
111）朝日新聞の記事が配信された三日後に記者会見を開いた 「 金学順さん 」 は、生活苦から１４歳の時母親によって、４０円でキーセンへ売られ慰安婦になったと証言を繰り返した。
その後この証言は、日本政府に対する訴状にも、韓国側の聞き取り調査でも、一度として覆る事はなかったのです。
112）朝日新聞の大スクープは、「 金学順さん 」 が韓国で記者会見を開く三日前に、既に日本経由で世界へ報じられておりました。
また、母親によって売春宿に売られたと云う肝心の部分がすっぽりと抜け落ちていた。
植村隆と言う朝日新聞の記者に、どうしてこの様なトリックが可能だったのか、大きな疑念が持ち上がったのは当然の事です。
113）韓国に 「 金学順さん 」 も原告に名を連ねる 「 太平洋戦争犠牲者遺族会 」 と言う団体がある。この団体の常任理事の娘婿が植村記者でした。
つまり訴訟原告団の幹部が義理の母親の為に、「 金学順さん 」 の単独インタビューが取れたという絡繰りです。
こんなに上手い話がそんなに転がっている訳はない。
114）誰が考えても義母の裁判を有利にする為、生活苦から母親によって売春宿へ売られたと云う、肝心な真実を隠匿する必要があったのだろう。
これは報道機関としてはあるまじき大犯罪だ。
国家国民に対する背任であり売国奴と言うべき行為だが、朝日の偏向報道はこれだけに留まらなかったのです。
115）朝日新聞の恐るべき大犯罪は、９２年１月１１日朝刊一面トップで、「 慰安婦所へ軍関与を示す資料・政府見解揺らぐ 」 との記事を掲載した事でした。
この資料は中央大学の吉見義明教授が防衛研究所で、軍の慰安婦所に従事する慰安婦の募集に関する書類として、見つけ出したものだと伝えられました。
116）書類を詳しく読んで見ると、慰安婦を斡旋する業者が人さらい同然に女性を集めているが、 「 軍の権威に関わるから業者の選定を厳格にせよ 」 と云う命令書だった。
いわば強制連行を規制するものだが、吉見教授と朝日新聞はこうした事を承知の上で、事実を捻じ曲げ捏造記事を報じたのです。
117) ９２年１月１３日・当時の加藤紘一官房長官が世論に堪えきれず 「 お詫びと反省 」 を発表してしまいました。
四日後の１月１７日になると、宮沢総理が態々韓国へ出掛けて行き、韓国の大統領に八回もぺこぺこ頭を下げ詫びたのです。
日本政府として正式な調査も行わない内に、官房長官と総理大臣が公に謝罪してしまったのである。

A so good story cannot roll that much.

100）市長室長の文面には、在米日本大使にも国会議員にも話した事だが、慰安婦問題に付いては日本の総理が認めている事だと、河野・村山・小泉談話を匂わせておりました。
返す言葉がないとはこう云う時の事でしょう。
米国は訴訟大国だけの事はある。公の証拠を基に真正面から攻め立てていたのです。
101）引くに引けなくなってしまったので、ＷＨ関係の知り合いに相談し署名サイトを開設して頂いた訳です。
殆どの米国人が口にする事は、日本の総理なり官房長官は、自国が不利になる様な発言を何故安易に口にするのかと言う素朴な質問でした。
日本人である私に解らないのだから彼らに解る筈もない。
102）政権が民主党に移って三年、お世辞にも素晴らしい外交などとは言えない。
それどころか塩や味噌や砂糖を無尽蔵に韓国へ与え、彼らはそれを基に新たな慰安婦碑建立計画を進めています。
この現実を見て見ない振りをしている政権を作ったのが、他ならない日本国民であるとは皮肉がきつ過ぎます。

91）国民の誰しもが疑問と不安を感じながら安倍政権への期待を抱く中で、07年9月26日・安倍氏から福田氏に突如として政権がひっくり返った。
一年も経たずに再び福田氏から麻生内閣へと目まぐるしく権力が移行したのです。
それは水に浮かべた盥をクルクル回している様な安易さで、まるで日替わり弁当を連想させるものだった。
92）08年5月7日福田総理は、中華人民共和国の胡錦濤国家主席の日本訪問を受け、日中首脳会談に臨んだ。
不思議な事に首脳会談後の共同声明で村山談話について一切の言及がなかったのです。
村山談話は日中間の基軸をなす根幹の筈だが、中国が避けたか日本が無視したのか不明のまま、双方とも村山談話に触れる事はなかった。
93）半年後の9月24日に第92代内閣総理大臣になった麻生氏は、10月2日の衆議院本会議において、村山談話や小泉談話は 「 さきの大戦をめぐる政府としての認識を示すものであり、私の内閣においても引き継いで参ります」、と答弁した。
ご多分に漏れず公式の場で歴代総理談話の撤回を口にする気配は全く見えなかった。
94）また、麻生総理は、同年11月に政府見解と異なる認識の論文を発表したとして、田母神俊雄航空幕僚長を更迭してしまった。
田母神氏は外交防衛委員会で、「 村山談話を公然と批判したことは全くないし、論文の中でも触れていない。村山談話と異なる見解と誤解した権力による更迭だ 」、と反論したのである。

この声明を聞いた日本人が、いったい何人総理の心を理解できただろうか。
96）遠い過去を振り返るまでもなく、近年を想い起こしただけでも、政権争いに置ける国の弱体化が、如何に恐ろしい物か一目瞭然であります。
こうした日本の混迷を見透かしたかの様に、10年10月23日にニュー ジャージー州パリセイズパーク市公立図書館に、韓国人の手による慰安婦の碑が建立された。
97）11年になると米国の高速道路沿いに、竹島は韓国領土だと云う看板広告が立ち始めた。
ニューヨークには慰安婦通りが出現すると噂が流れ、広告代理店関係の知人からは、韓国人の活動家が慰安婦切手のデザイナーを捜していると情報が寄せられた。
在米日本大使館が動いている気配は全く感じられなかったのです。
98）１２年１月の始に韓国人大学教授と歌手が、新宿・原宿・渋谷の街角へ２５００枚の慰安婦ポスターを貼ったとの情報が入った。
ネットやTVを注視していたが、この韓国人が逮捕されたとのニュースは報じられない。
二週間近くが経った頃、この二人が米国の新聞へ慰安婦広告を掲載した記者会見の模様が報じられたのです。
99）居た堪れなくなった私は、ニュー ジャージー州パリセイズパーク市の市長とパリセイズパーク市公立図書館長に、慰安婦碑の撤去請願書を送った。
公立図書館のFBサイトを見つけ五通の請願書を送ったが、三日目にサイトを閉鎖された末、市長室長を名乗る人物から、言葉は柔らかだが恫喝の様な書面を頂戴するに至りました。

「 日本の総理大臣は戦争や慰安婦問題に関し、アジア各国と慰安婦達に心から謝罪と反省を示している」と本質には触れず、これ以上なにを謝罪するのだと開き直ったのである。
80）在米大使館員の名誉の為に記すならば、この行為行動を同胞としては感情的に良く理解できます。
ホンダ議員の決議案に反発し総理達の談話を配り、日本の総理はこれだけきちっと謝罪も反省もしていると反発して見せた。
ある種の恫喝であると同時に、ホンダ議員の法案を通さないでくれと云う嘆願でもあったでしょう。
81）然し、秀才揃いの外務省出先機関である大使館員が、これを外交交渉と考えているなら根本的に大きな間違いであります。
本来は自国に関係するこの様な問題が、外国の議会になど取り上げられない為に、日頃から精進するのが大使館員の任務であると心得るからです。
大変に無礼では御座いますが、この程度が大使館の任務だとお考えでしたら、小生はもっと上手に責務を遂行できる自信がある。
恐らく大使からの書面を手にした下院議員は、日本の総理大臣は軍の強制関与を認めているではないかと再認識した事でありましょう。
